Welcome back to today's episode of The Gathering Tabernacle Podcast! Have you wondered how the apostles were able to live the lives they did with such boldness and courage? Maybe you know a friend who is a Christian that can go tell anyone about the gospel, yet you're timid and not sure how to. We are here to tell you that you belong in the body of Christ just as much as anyone from the Bible. Christ is the head and the church is the body. As a Christian, you are part of the body. Therefore, you are the body of Christ. There's a reason the Bible says that you are the hands and feet of Jesus. A body without the head is dead, and the head needs a body for action. You are called to put into action what Christ has called you to do. You are worthy and capable of doing exactly what the Lord has called you to do when you choose to lay your life down and live for Him. You are blessed and able to be content in every situation because the Truth sets you free.

Welcome to the Gathering Tabernacle Podcast. We're located in Rocky Cumber, Missouri. Our mission at TGT is to host the presence of the Lord, to see his glory fall like fire and free those who are in bondage. He came to set the captives free. On the podcast, we share our live sermons from Lake Pastor's Dan and Clark History, teachings from special guests, and personal testimonies. Thank you for joining us today. If you would like to contact us, you can find us on Facebook or online at www.thegatheringtaberacle.com. Let's jump into today's episode. Six through the ten is the encounter youth camp. So amen, it's exciting. It's coming together. Michael Barnett, he's fired up about it. I know Emmanuel and Vanita, they're they're fired up about it. They're going to come and help us out also. So it's going to be a fabulous time. I encourage you to be inviting people, get them signed up. If you have kids here, be sure you get them signed up. And we have sponsorships too if they need sponsorships. I think it's like 80 bucks. So anyway, that that's going to be a life-changing encountering week where they learn their identity in Christ. And then on the uh 10th through the 12th, Pastor Chris McDonald will be here. So be inviting through that. Be getting that on your schedule. He's fired up. He's ready to ready to come and share what the Lord's put on his heart. And it's just going to just keep getting better and better and gooder and gooder, right? Amen. Is that words we can say, Miss Pat? Better and better and gooder and gooder. So all right. So as we prepare our gathering, isn't it fun to come together and we get to give, we get to sow into the to the kingdom of God. And so as we prepare our tithes and offerings today and know that you know you're partnering with the Lord. You're sowing into the kingdom of God. And seeds produce after their own kind. And uh, you know, it uh we talk about it quite a bit, but but you know, you can't sow uh a specific type of seed and then expect something else. You know, I mean I really like like watermelon, but thistles grow really good. So if I planted some thistles and expected watermelon, it'd be kind of ridiculous, wouldn't it? Not that I would eat thistles anyway. But uh so I was thinking on the seed, and then as we was down there with with Jesse DuPlantis, uh he was he said something about naming your seed. I thought, you know, that's pretty good. Hadn't thought about that, about about naming your seed. So so you're you're sowing into the kingdom of God. You're you're partnering with God when you give your tithe and offering. Tithes, you know, the the 10% offerings above that, wherever it goes, your tithe goes to your local church. So you're partnering for that. But but I never had thought about about naming my seed. So as you give today, what are you going to name your seed? What's the name that you're putting in there? What's the name that that that that you're believing for for God in your finances? It's a seed of finances, it's a seed of freedom, it's whatever it may be, but but are you sowing in, um, are you sowing in, believing for healing in your in your marriage? Are you sowing in, believing for for financial prosperity? Are you sowing in, believing for for healing in some certain aspect? Are you sowing in, but but but be intentional from what you're sowing? We're gonna be an intentional. We're intentional church, we're intentional people, right? So be be intentional, be intentional about holding the offering bucket. Be intentional, right? Amen. It's fun to be a Christian. We we had a great time yesterday, too, you know. And we had a big surprise right at the end, right? Amen. So we got to we got to see it. You know, I love it when when when people's on us, you know, we had one person said, you know, man, I I want to get rid of this this uh nicotine. You know, I got this nicotine, I want to get rid of this this chewing, this chewing habit, you know. I'm like, well, amen. Today's the day we'll get rid of this this chewing habit. And then another person's like, you know, I'd like to get rid of this this smoking. I'm like, well, amen, we'll we'll do that too, we'll take care of that. So so there in a little bit the the guy got up there and and we prayed over his his nicotine and prayed that it would leave him, prayed that it would never come back. Actually, we spoke it, right? Nicotine leave or uh chewing leave, whatever in the name of Jesus, and may you never come back. And if and if he would begin to to even think about it or even put a taste in his mouth, made it make him sick where he hates the taste of it. He's like, amen. So we prayed for the one, then the other one's like, you know, I need to recant. I need to recant on what I said, right? He he said, you know, I I like I like smoking. You know, and I thought, well, amen, you know, you know, he's an honest guy. You know, if you don't want to get rid of it, then then do it. But but I'm telling you, if you want to get rid of it, if you're in here today and you want to get rid of it, whatever it might be, whatever it might be, I don't know. I mean, I mean any any addiction you may have, any, any um um thoughts you may have, anything you may have, if you want it rid of that today, it it leaves today. And there's faith in the room to get that done. There's faith in here for the people that are that'll be praying over that, just like the faith in the ones uh when we're up at uh the nursing home here in a little bit, the faith of them, you know, the prayer of faith will save the sick. I'm telling you, that that faith is here today for for that to happen. Right? Amen. That's good. And what that has to do with tithing, I don't know. But but that's our that's our that's our that's my seed today, that faith is an action. Faith is an action. So hold up your giving. Oh, Father, we praise you. Father, we thank you, Lord, that we get to give. Thank you, Lord, that we get to to sow into the kingdom of God, Lord. Lord, and may it be be blessed, Lord. May it be blessed, Lord. Uh some 30, 60, 100fold full potential, Lord. We're talling, we're calling thousand-time return on it in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen, amen, amen. Hallelujah. I am all of that. Amen. Say that. I am all of that. I am all that. That's who you are. That's what we're gonna learn today on uh authority, on identity, and and and you we have a lot of things in the word of God, and we gotta pick up and understand that that who we are in Christ and our identity we have in Christ, our authority we have in Christ, our covenants we have in Christ. You see, because in Christ you you are a new creation. You are a new creation. The old things are gone, behold, all things have become new. Right? Well, I don't feel new. Well, I you keep speaking that you know if you keep if you keep talking how you feel, that's how your life's gonna be. Because sometimes I don't feel very good, and I wake up and sometimes I don't even want to want to get up and speak, but but it's like it's like, no, Lord, Lord, you've given me power, Lord, you give me authority, Lord, this is my identity. Now, if he tells something else to go on, that's different. But but see, we we don't operate by feelings, we operate by the word of God. We operate by the word of God. You see, you see, the word says you are the head and not the tail. The word says you are above and not below. The word says that that you are blessed. You're blessed coming, you're blessed going, you're blessed in the field, you're blessed in there. See, see, the Christ took on the curses for you. So we're no longer going to carry these curses that are going on in our lives and have been put on our lives. And a lot of times I hear people say, Well, you know, there's just been a curse put on me. Well, quit letting the curse live on you. The Lord become a curse for you. He became a curse for you. That's how much he loved you. He took on your sicknesses, he bore your infirmities, and that by your stripes you're healed. So, so that's who he is. He took that's how much he loves you that he took all that on. You know, he is the name above all names. You know, I was thinking about about uh about Christ and about Jesus, and I thought, you know, how did Jesus you know, what did Jesus do on the earth? Well, some different things he done on the earth. He healed, he cast out demons, he raised the dead, he preached the word, he loved people. And he prayed a lot. Amen. He prayed, Father, Lord, your will, Lord, but not mine be done. You know, and Jesus has always been, right? Always has been, always will be. But when he was on earth, he had something very specific that he used when he was on the earth. It's not complicated, don't that, don't overthink it. But he had something on the earth that wasn't ever there before, and it's not here right now. Can you think of something that Jesus had that wasn't there before, and it's not here now? What's something Jesus had that that he had to have to carry out what he was to do here on the earth? He had the authority, but there's something else. There's something else. His body. Amen. Yep. He had a body. Pastor Sarah said it first, but anyway. Just for the record. He had a body. You know Jesus couldn't have come here and preached the gospel without a body. He couldn't have raised the dead without a body. He couldn't have cast out demons without a body. He couldn't have loved without a body. He couldn't have prayed without a body. Ever think about that? He couldn't have prayed without a body. Could you pray without your body there, Mr. Man? No. So there was something about the body. Right? In Matthew 28, 19, 28, 18, and 19. Jesus came and told his disciples, I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Not partial, not a little bit. I've been given all. And all means all. All authority in heaven and on earth. Then he says, Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, the Holy Spirit. So who's he telling? So he's saying, I have been given all authority. This is like the last thing Jesus says after his resurrection, when he's 40 days, then he's 40 days on the earth. Jesus was on the earth 40 days after his resurrection. In a resurrected body, he was on the earth. And this is like the last thing he tells his disciples. I have been given all authority. He's saying, I've got authority over death, I've got authority over hell. I've got authority over everything. I'm the name above all names. I'm the Alpha and the Omega. I have full authority over everything. And he says, Therefore go. So who's he talking to to therefore go? He's talking to us, yes. He's talking to the disciples then, tells them to go do the same thing he's doing. So yes, he was talking to us, and also he's talking to the disciples. Right? So the authority that Christ can exercise on the earth can only be exercised through the body. Right? Through the body. That's the only way he can exercise his authority. Boy, I w do we ever pray, oh Lord, please do this. Oh Lord, please do that. Oh Lord, I wish you'd do this. Oh Lord, I wish you'd do that. Oh Lord, are you gonna do this? Are you ever gonna do that? And this or that. And then, and then even by the way we was raised, even I catch myself sometimes praying stuff like that when that doesn't line up on the word of God because he calls you to be the hands and feet of Jesus. He called you to be the life. Right? So the church is his body. And where's the church? Maybe I do need him. The church is his body, and the church is us, and the church is here. Amen. The church is not there, the church is here, and we are his body, and we are the church. Alright. So where's Jesus right now? Where's Jesus now in his flesh and bone body? Seated at the right hand of the Father. Seated at the right hand. In Mark 16, 15. I didn't tell yeah, I didn't tell you that, didn't I, Andrew? Yep. In Mark 16, and he told them, Go into all the world and preach the good news to everyone. And 16. Keep going. I'm sorry. It says, He who believes and is baptized will be saved. He who does not believe will be condemned. And he says, These signs will follow those who believe, right? In my name, they will cast out demons, they will speak in new tongues. If they take up anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them. They can trample on serpents and scorpions. They'll lay hands on the sick and they will recover. So keep going. Keep going. 19. Keep going. When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and set down at the place of honor. Jesus is setting at the place of honor at the right hand of Jesus. Then what happened after that? Right hand of God, thank you. And the disciples went everywhere and preached the Lord, preached, and the Lord worked through them. The Lord worked through who? Who's them? Us, us is them. Lord worked through them, confirming what they said by many miraculous signs. Amen. Alright. So everything Christ does on earth has to be done through his body. And you're a member of Christ's body. He has given you authority over all the power of the enemy. And nothing's gonna get done if you don't do it. And it's not up, it's not up to me to do it. I can't believe Pastor Dan's not doing this, Pastor Dan's not doing that, he's not doing that, he's not saying this, he's not saying that. Can't believe can't believe the singers are there we go, so get on the singers now. Get off the pastor, get on. Can't believe they're not singing this song, can't believe they're not doing that song. And like, like, like like you we got our eyes not focused on what we should be focusing on. Amen. When you come in to enter in, enter in, you come in to enter into worship. If if you need your favorite song to enter into worship, then that's not true worship because it's it's never gonna be everyone's favorite song, and the more people here, it's still not gonna be everyone's favorite song. It may not, it may not be the kind of music you like. But but it's okay. You just focus on the words and you just worship him. See, I worship him in spirit and truth, not not by feeling, I worship him in spirit and in truth. So so I can go into the Holy of Holies, amen, from what he did. Amen. That's good stuff. So I guess we need to know who raised Christ from the dead before we can truly understand the power that we have, right? All right. Romans, actually Acts. Yeah, Acts 2.24, Andrew. But God released him from the horrors of death, him being Jesus. But God released him from the horrors of death and raised him back to life, for death could not keep his grip on him. Who raised Jesus? Yeah, who wrote the book of Acts? Luke. There we go. That's a little bit quick trickier one. Alright, Galatians 1:1. Who wrote Galatians? Paul. So we got Luke, Paul. This letter is from Paul, an apostle. I was not appointed by any group of people or any human authority, but by Jesus Christ Himself and by God the Father who raised Jesus from the dead. Alright. Two different accounts, Luke and Paul. Alright. Peter. Who wrote Peter? Peter. There you go. That's a little bit easier, isn't it? There you go. 1 Peter 1 21. Through Christ you have come to trust in God and you have placed your faith and hope in God because he raised Christ from the dead and gave him great glory. Alright. So you think about think about Christ being raised from the dead. What does that look like, like Christ being raised from the dead? Come here, Caleb. Thank you for thank you for all thank you for for doing it. Alright. Ladies and gentlemen. Young Jesus. Alright, play dead. There you go. Alright, so so he was raised from the dead. God raised Christ from the dead. So so what all did he raise from the dead? Christ. But was it just his spirit or was it was it his body? So he raised it all. You did a great job. Maybe one of the best I've ever seen. Good job. Go sit at the right hand of your father. I'm joking, but he's like, no, I like sitting by the girls. Maybe some things I shouldn't say. But but but what did he raise? He raised his whole body. Right? He raised his mind, will, emotions. He raised his spirit. He raised his body. He raised them all completely from the dead. Every fiber of him he raised from the dead. Right? Amen. Amen. I'm telling you, there's freedom in that. I'm telling you, there is freedom in that. In Ephesians 1, uh starting in 19. Starting in verse 19. You know, Ephesians, let me turn here to my Bible. In Ephesians 1, uh in the first part of it there, it's talking about in him and in whom and thank you, Lord, for the little children. Thank you, Lord, for the mamas and daddies that bring them into the house of the Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. We do need to catch this first. Can you go to Ephesians 1, verse 1, Andrew? See what when you're being taught the Word of God, when you're reading the Word of God, you have to know who these letters are to and who they're to. See, the Bible is actually written to believers. So we have this and not ever look. If you just open the Bible and start reading it and say, well, you have this and you have this and you have this, and not ever look like, looks like you just automatically just have it. But but the truth is the Bible is written to believers. And this letter here, it says, uh this letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Jesus Christ. I am writing to God's holy people in Ephesus. He says, I'm writing in the New King James Version, says, I'm writing to the saints. Saints. So so you're just you're not a you're not an old measly sinner saved by grace. When you give your life to Christ, your sin nature is gone. Not saying you will never sin, but I'm saying your nature of sin is gone. You're no longer a sinner, you're considered a saint. So so it's you you you are saints. If you give your life to Christ, then you are saints. Amen. You're saints, you're holy, you're righteous, you're good. All right. So in Ephesians here, there's several in hymns uh here in here that he talks about. He in verse 7, for instance, says, In him we have uh uh redemption through his blood. Uh in him, after you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, uh, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. And it talks about that. And then 15 through 18 is like the efficient prayers that that we need to pray also, but that you need to remind me of, but you're praying at home. But then after that, starting in verse 19, it says, uh, I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe in him. This is the same mighty power that raises. Jesus from the grave and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly places. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else. Not only in this world, you can leave it here. Not only in this world, but also in the world to come. So who is far above any authority, power, leader, or anything else? Who is far above that? Jesus Christ. Jesus is far above that. He's far above anything that could ever go on in your life. He's far above any so anything that has a name. If you got a problem in here and it has a name, and Jesus has set it far above all that, because it says he he is far above. He's far above above anxiety. He's far above dementia. He's far above hate. He's far above anger. He's far above cancer. He's far above above any disease, any sickness, any devil, anything. He is far above any of all that. And he's seated at God's right hand in heavenly places. All right. 22. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and made him to be head over all, head over all things for the benefit of the church. So yeah. And the church what? Is his body. It is made full and complete by Christ. Leave it here. And who fills all things everywhere with himself. I am all that. I am all that. And the church is his body. Who's the church? So who's his body? I thought his body was in heaven. It is. We're one with him. And the church is his body. Check this out. It is made full and complete by Christ. What's made full and complete by Christ? His body. We are. You're made full and complete by Christ. Well I don't believe that. Well you disagree with what the Bible says because it says right there and the church is his body and you agreed that we're the church and it says you're made full and complete by Christ who fills all things everywhere with himself. All things he felt he feels all things. He feels anything that's going on in your life he feels he feels everything in with himself and he is in you. It's Christ in you the hope of glory. Amen. Christ in you the hope of glory so if the church is his body what should we be doing the th the things he did right see Christ is the head the church is his body it's made the body's made complete by Christ so we're complete in him and the body fills all in all in Ephesians 2 and 1 it says and you he made alive who were dead in trespasses and sins so so how did he make you alive? And you he made alive being Christ made you alive who were dead in trespasses and sins. But you're no longer dead in your trespasses and sins because you give your life to Christ you're a new creation in Christ you're no longer considered a sinner you're considered a saint and then verse four but God is so rich in mercy he loved us so much that even though we were dead because of our sins he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead it is only by God's grace that you have been saved. For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ back up to verse five Andrew that even though we were dead does anyone in here feel dead now does anyone feel dead now like if we get honest do you feel dead now? He says that even though we we were dead you're you're not dead now you're you're alive you're alive in Christ even though we were dead because of our sins he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead so he he raised Christ from the dead and gave us life two different things he raised Christ from the dead one he gave us life two right so the same verse that shows God raising Christ shows God raising us also you see that he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead so when he raised Christ from the dead he raised you from the dead also in God's eyes when Jesus was raised from the dead we was raised from the dead so Christ is the head of the church and the church is his body where are we seated at we're seated with him in heavenly places. So so not just the head is seated not just the head is seated the body is seated with it. Yeah anyone want to be decapitated you know see you ever seen just a head going around without a body or have you ever seen that seen a body going around without a head see see the head is seated with the body in Christ Jesus in heaven in heavenly places. And the head is seated with the body and you're the body you're the body you're the body of Christ thank you Lord thank you Lord you know if we could just even fathom just a little bit of this that that you really are the body of Christ you really are the hands and feet of Jesus you really are the the mouthpiece of Jesus you really are the eyes and the ears of Jesus you you really are that like if if you could I mean if we could just get just a uh a tiny little grasp of that see the head and the body are one see the head and the body are one and they're seated in heavenly place. And the head and the body is one and you're the body so so you and him are one just like the head and the body are one in Christ Jesus and he's the head and you're the body you you're one with him. You're one with you you're not separated from him you're one with him well well so you think you're Christ anyone ever heard that so so you think you're Christ right no the body is Christ and I'm part of the body so you think you're Christ no I don't think I'm Christ but I am part of the body and he's the body we're the body and I'm part of the body and I'm under the authority of Jesus Christ. In John 1412 says most assuredly I say to you that he who believes in me the works that I do he will do also and greater works than these he will do because I go to my Father you know you think about you know you're the body and that verse right there says I say to you he who believes in me the works that I do he will do greater works. Well do you you know I've had people come up to you do you really think you're going to do greater works than Jesus you know if you had people come up and say that do you really think you're going to do greater works than Jesus well let's just take that part out of it and let's just go with what about the works he do the works that I do he will do also. So we'll we'll do the same thing he do. But we can't take it out because it's written in there and it says in greater works than these will he do because I go to my father. Greater works that he'll do because I'm seated at the right hand of my father I'm seated at the right hand of the Father in my body and the church is my body and Christ is the head and we're the body yeah it's true if we are the body why aren't his arms reaching why aren't his hands healing why aren't his words speaking if we are the body yeah like like we're we're the body I'm the body of Christ you're the body of Christ we come together and we're we're the body of Christ that's how much he loves us that's how much he loves you that's how much oh I'm all that I'm all that you're all that every bit of that no weapon formed against you shall prosper it don't say no weapon will form it says none will prosper do you think anything ever tried to form against Christ yeah well Jesus you know he was Jesus and he was this and you know he didn't have no troubles you know he was God and nothing ever came against him and and like like like have you read your Bible they called him an illegitimate child they told him he was of the devil and not once did I ever see where Jesus went and had a pity party I I I I never did see I never did see where where he was offended I never did see where he was he was church hurt I I never did see where where any of that but but but I did see a big split yeah I did see a big split when he sat down there with him he said unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood and you you have no part of me and it says many of them followed him no more and then he turned to the twelve and he said are you going to follow me? Now Jesus I think you may have stepped on a few toes there you know you didn't hear you did hear Peter say or Jesus say get behind me Satan but but but uh uh we'll you know and and he's like are you guys gonna follow me well we don't have nowhere else to go we're gonna follow you and all the way you know you know at the cross there there wasn't John was close but but the others they wasn't there at all and I'm thinking like like like we're the head like he's the head and and and and we're the body and and we're the body of Christ and Lynn are we willing to to go where he'd have us to go are we willing to do what he'd have us to do are we willing to walk where he'd have us to walk are we willing to to be who he'd have us to be because it's it's Christ in us that's the hope of glory it's the it's the power of God that lives on the inside of us it's it's his way when there wasn't there wasn't no other way and are we willing to submit to him that much to to be used of him Lord do you know Lord not my will Lord but your will be done like like are we willing to submit to him that much to where we're where nothing you know would draw us away from him that he's not pleased with just a beginning of a revelation of of who you are in Christ just just a beginning of revelation as as as this is just not a not a not a book of history it is a book of history but it's not only a book of history it's a book of life it's a book of life and life more abundantly you know history does repeat itself and and and and his word is true and he is the word and it and it and it's Christ on these pages and and we have a way to be be personal and to be to be intimate with him I I'm all that like I just choose to believe it. I just choose to believe the word of God. I choose to believe the word of God over over any circumstance I've ever been in over any circumstance that's ever come against me over any ever attack that's ever come against me. I just choose to believe in the word of God and more than that anyone that comes for me from now on I just choose to believe the word of God over anything that's going to come against me. Because stuff's going to come against us but it's not going to prosper. It only prospers when you let it I'm telling you the devil was defeated over 2,000 years ago Jesus defeated him. He is under the Lord's feet he had he has he the only authority that Satan has on this earth is what we give to him. And I'll tell you what I ain't giving him any I ain't giving him any over my mind will and emotions I ain't giving him any over my my memory I'm not giving any over my over my organs in my body I'm not giving any over my thoughts I'm not giving any over over anything because I have authority on what goes on in my life. And I can come into agreement with you if you're struggling here today we can come into agreement with you we have several prayer warriors here today we can we can uh uh come into agreement with you and whatever's going on in your life that will leave today but I'm telling you you got to stand on the word of God you got to keep pressing in you got to keep going in you know this is not a this is not a um um um something right a dress rehearsal amen this is not a dress rehearsal this is not a game this is real life amen this is not a dress rehearsal this is not a game this is urgent care that's what I was thinking of like this is urgent care this is not somewhere that you come and and you get a band-aid put on and then you then you go out until the next thing happens again then you come back you know for for urgent care again but I'm telling you if you're here today there's freedom in this house today I'm telling you if you're here today you're learning your authority in Christ today I'm telling you if you're here today you you you you begin to understand who you are and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with going to urgent care but I'm saying once you get to urgent care you need to be walking in wholeness and walking in freedom and walking that figure out what's caused you to have to go to the urgent care and then take care of that. And I'm telling you that can be taken care of today that can be healed today that could you can be set free today of any any lying spirit that's going on in your body had a person the other day and is talking is talking to him and I just love it when when people's getting honest and and uh and he said you know I just like weed and I thought well at least he's honest you know you know it calms me down and I thought I said that's a lying spirit that is that that's a stinking lying spirit if you got to go to to alcohol to calm you down if you got to go to to to drugs to calm you down if you got to go to something to calm you down other than the Lord then then that is lying spirits trying to trying to come in and take you for for them to be your God. You know you know weed can be your God alcohol can be your God pornography can be your God your grandkids your kids can be your God there's there's lots of things that that can be your God when when you put them in place of where God is but I'm telling you you are here you're a light on a hill you're not under a basket you're a light on the hill and you're shining in your glory and your light is going to be shown and people are going to be receiving that. Amen I like it I'll just preach myself happy sometimes I just preach and sing myself happy amen amen because I've learned to be content in whatever situation I'm in. I've learned to be content I've learned to be content with stuff's coming after me I've learned to be content with with with whatever it is you know I'm just gonna you know the you know the the closest times you have with God is when stuff comes against you and you stand on the word of God to get through that. See you can have stuff come against you and then and then you be dudging ducking and dodging and doing all that to stay out of the way but but when stuff's come against you when them powers and principalities and rulers of darkness come against you when them temptations come against you and and you stand on the word of God Satan that's not who I am anymore. I'm a new creation in Christ I'm not giving in to them temptations I'm not giving in to the to the hate and the anger I'm not giving in to the what is it gossip gossip I'm I'm not giving in to the gossip I mean I think that's one of the biggest biggest uh one of the biggest sins we do is is is or can do is is gossip think well I'm not lying I'm not cheating I'm not doing drugs I'm not doing alcohol yeah but but are you gossiping? Are you stirring up are you stirring up stuff you know and and you know and then after you've been walking in Christ and you know you think everyone's doing stuff like you are but but but that's not true. But you know look back on my life and you know how I used to little things not even thinking about it but how you used to stir the pot anybody know what that is you know what stir the pot is yeah well hey you know you you know this and that well they think this and you know what so and so said about you no I don't care what so and so said about me if they want to say something about me have them come to me I don't need to hear it third party I don't need to hear it third party and if you were the Christian you say you are you'd pick them up and you'd bring them over here or you'd tell them to keep their mouth shut if you want to say something about my wife you come with me we'll talk to my wife but don't say something about their back stand up for your why you stand up for your wife you're not gonna take that for your wife you're not gonna take that for your friends and that's good preaching. Amen thank you Lord for the freedom in the house today should have had Andrew put this up for me I'm all repeat this after me I am all that I am the body of Christ he is the head I am the body I am his hands feet and voice here on the earth I have power and authority in Jesus' name to do the works he did and the word says greater things than he did I submit myself to the plan of God the plan God has has had for my life since the foundation of the world let's stand up and put something on Andrew or Jesse can play or whatever you know every every knee shall bow every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord maybe you're here today you've ever confessed Jesus as Lord I tell you no one has ever confessed Jesus as Lord until they have so there's no condemnation in it because God loves you and he he sent his son for you and he wants you to to join with him to become one with him he wants you to you know repent you know change change direction you know what I'm gonna change direction in my life he wants you to change direction and start trusting in him he wants you to repent for for not trusting in him which is which causes sin in your life and he wants to rid you of that sin nature today and give you a righteous nature and for you to be in Christ where you're the where he's the head and you're the body That's how much he loves you. And maybe, maybe that's you today. You know, today is a day of salvation. There's no better day than today. Is that you? Is that anyone here today? You know, salvation is it's it's the easiest thing we'll do. It costs Christ his life for you to have it, but it's you just receive it by faith. You receive it by acting on the word of God. You know, it's simply, Lord, you know, just make a change in your heart. Lord, you're right and I'm wrong. Lord, what you did paid for it all, Lord. Lord, I repent. I return to you. Or I repent, I trust in you, Lord. I confess you, Lord, is my Savior. I believe that God raised you from the dead, Lord. I receive you. I receive you. And your word says, as many as receive you, to them he gave the right to become children of God. So you can receive him today. And you are the hands and feet of Jesus, and you can go out and you can tell people that same thing. Come back in and tell your tell your pastors, say, hey, man, we led we led this many to the Lord this week. Amen. Amen. Or maybe you're here today. And you got something, some things going on in your life. And you need prayer. Really, I say prayer, but really you need someone to take authority over what's going on in your life. Because God's given us the authority. You need someone to take over the, to take authority over what's going on in your life and tell them not to leave. Maybe you need, maybe you just need a hug. I don't know. Sometimes I just need a hug. Amen. Sometimes I just need a hug. But whatever it is, the Lord's ready to meet you in that today. There's anything going on in your life. How about just this is not a trick question, but how about who has something going on in their life that they need prayer for? One person. Praise the Lord. Alright. The rest of your anyway. Let's say y'all raised your hand. So you got something going on in your life? Is there a name for it? Is there a name? That way we'll know what we're praying for. There you go, lack. Whatever it may be. Is there a name for it? You know, I've only seen one person that I've asked what's going on, they said they don't know. But for the most part, everyone knows what's going on. I got this going on, I got that going on. I got relationship issues. Whatever it may be, like there's a name for it. I'm telling you, you got believing believers here that will stand on the word of God, that know the word of God. See, because he is the name above all names. So whatever thought was going on in your mind about what's going on in your life, whatever word that you may have had that was going on, whatever it is, he's the name above all of that. And I'm telling you, there's freedom in you, freedom for you today. There's freedom in this house today. You do not have to leave changed, you do not have to leave the same. The only way you'll leave this house the same is if you choose. Because he says, Come to me all who are weak and heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me. For my yoke is easy, my burden is light. So I'm telling you, the altar's open. He's ready to meet you right here today. Praise the Lord, we don't have to bring an animal and slit its throat and do all that and just carry the sins over for another year. But when you step out, that you say, you know what, I'm going, I'm going to meet the Lord. And not that you can't meet him wherever, but the invitation is to step out and meet him. The invitation is to step out. You know, but by your act of stepping out and stepping into him, Lord, I'm stepping in you. Lord, I'm trusting in you. Someone mentioned lack. Lord, I'm trusting in you for abundance. I'm trusting in you for health. I'm trusting in you for guidance. I'm trusting in you for safety. I'm trusting in you. Maybe that's you today. Maybe you need somebody to come into agreement with you on some things. Whatever it may be. That's how powerful our God is. Thank you, Lord. You know, the enemy, he is real. You know, a lot of times you might think, well, you know, the enemy's, you know, he's defeated, he's dead. No, he's not dead. He is real. But you do have real authority over him. We'll gladly. We'll gladly take authority over him. The only way we can take authority, authority is because we've been given authority. Thank you, Lord, that we are seated with you, Lord, in heavenly places. Thank you, Lord, that you were raised completely up. Spirit, body, soul. Everything that was you is raised completely up, Lord. Thank you, Lord, that we are the body. Thank you, Lord, we are the body, Lord, and we're seated with you in heavenly places. Thank you, Lord. You're the head and we're the body, Lord. Thank you, Lord. You've given us authority, Lord. Given us authority, Lord. You give us authority, Lord, so we're under authority. We praise you, Lord. We honor you, Lord. How great to be under the authority of the great and mighty one. Under the authority of the great I am, Lord. Under the authority, Lord, of your your word, Lord. Lord, we just submit to you, Lord. We surrender to you, Lord. We present ourselves to you, Lord. We present ourselves to you, Lord. We lay down our lives for you, Lord. We will not be conformed to this world, Lord. We are being transformed, Lord. Transformed, Lord, by the renewing of our minds, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for the renewing of our minds. Thank you, Lord, we got a mind like Christ, Lord. Hallelujah, Lord. Hallelujah, Lord. I am all that. You are all that. You're loved. You're more than a conqueror. Amen. You are a child of God. You are blessed coming. You are blessed going. Amen. In Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen.
