SPEAKER_04So Galatians 6 9. So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At the just time at just the right time, we'll reap the harvest of blessing if we don't give up. If we don't give up. And I thought, so he took me to Matthew 9. The harvest is great. The harvest is ready if we don't give up. If we don't grow weary, the harvest is ready. If we don't grow weary, the harvest is ready. If we don't give up, the harvest is ready. We are harvesters here. We are not in lack. We do not give up. We do not care what the world says. We are harvesters here and they're ready. Are you ready to be a harvester? Because he has done what is already needed to be done, and all we have to do is proclaim the word of the Lord. Lord, thank you for what you've done. Thank you that you provided the way, the truth, and the life. Thank you that you have done everything and you have set down because you are so faithful that you wanted people to love you, worship you, honor you, and to be your hands and feet. Thank you, Lord, for making us a part of that generation. And we honor you and give all you the glory in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, Lord. Lord, we praise you, Lord. We reach out to you, Lord. Lord, at the highest place we reach is at your feet. Reach out to Him right now. Reach out to Him by now by faith. Thank you, Lord, if your people, if my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face. Turn from their wicked ways, then I'll hear from heaven and I'll heal their land. We thank you, Lord. That in you is a place we can be, that in Christ, that we in Christ we are new creations, Lord. The old thing are gone. Behold, all things have become new, Lord. Lord, and we praise you that. Lord, we act on your word, Lord. Lord, faith is an action, Lord. Faith without works is dead, Lord. Lord, and we act on your word, Lord. Lord, we submit to you, we resist the devil, and he will flee, Lord. Lord, we draw near to you, Lord, and your word says you'll draw near to us, Lord. Lord, as we draw near to you now, Lord. Lord, by faith, Lord, by faith, Lord. Thank you, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God. You took on our sicknesses and bore our infirmities, Lord. Thank you, Lord, that by your stripes we were healed, Lord. Over 2,000 years ago on a cross of Calvary, Lord. Thank you, Lord. We received what you did for us, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for the healing going on in this house right now, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for the freedom going on in this house right now, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for the sicknesses leaving this house right now, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for those that are surrendering to you, Lord, with every aspect of their life, Lord. We thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for childlike faith, Lord. Lord, we just believe your word. We just take you at your word. We just take you at your word, Lord. Lord, you sent your word and healed us, Lord, and we take you at that, Lord. Thank you, Lord, I'm healed because your word says you sent your word and healed me, Lord. Thank you, Lord, I'm free because you sent your word and freed me, Lord. Thank you, Lord. I praise you, Lord. I praise you, Lord. I walk by faith and not by sight, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for hearing your word, Lord. Thank you, Lord, that faith comes by hearing. Hearing by the word of God, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for ears to hear, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for eyes to receive, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for a heart to receive it, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for good ground, Lord. The good ground that produces, Lord. Lord, producing good ground. Thank you, Lord. We, the temple, the body is the good ground, Lord. Lord, may we rid anything out of these bodies, these temples. This ground, Lord, is not of you, Lord. Fire of God. Fire of God. Consuming ultimate fire of God. We thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, right now as your unquenchable fire, Lord. Lord is burning throughout this house, Lord. It's burning in hearts, burning in minds, burning in lives, Lord. Lord, it's a purifying fire, Lord. Lord, it's just as pure as can be, Lord. It's burned off all the dross, Lord, and just just purity is there, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for pure burning fires, Lord, in this house today, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, God Almighty. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, God. Praise you, Lord, God. You're almighty. You're wonderful. You're magnificent, Lord. Lord, you're the all in all. You're the great I am. You're the Alpha and the Omega. You're the beginning and the end. You made a way when there wasn't no other way, Lord. You are the way, the truth, and the life, Lord. We praise you this morning. You and you alone, or who we praise, you and you alone, or who we worship, Lord. We worship you this morning, Lord. It's spirit and truth, Lord. I thank you, Lord. We don't have to worship you by feeling. We don't have to worship you by feeling. We enter into worship with you by faith. And when we enter with you for worship by faith, Lord, Lord, your presence be your manifested presence begins to happen. And we invite you, Lord God, your manifested presence into this house this morning. Right now, right now, right here in Rocky Cover, right here in TGT this morning, Lord, as it is in heaven, as it is in heaven, Lord, your kingdom come, your will be done in heaven, in earth, in earth. I was thinking it says in earth before it says in heaven, Lord. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. His will is to be done here on earth, just like it is in heaven. We thank you, Lord, we thank you, Lord. There is no sicknesses in heaven, Lord. So we thank you, Lord, it must be your will to heal. Because you said your kingdom come, your will be done on earth, Lord. Lord, so it is your will this morning for healing. It is your will this morning for deliverance. It is your will this morning, Lord. We have your will, Lord. We have your real written word, Lord. Lord, and we act on your word, Lord. Because faith without works is dead. Faith without action is dead, Lord. Lord, we put our faith to action this morning, Lord. By standing on your word, Lord. Lord, you're moved. You're not moved by begging and pleading, you're not moved by. Lord, you're moved by faith. Lord, you're moved by your word. Lord, and we take you at your word. Lord, your word says, by your stripes we were healed, Lord. Lord, and we receive that right now. Who's receiving that right now? Who's receiving that right now for themselves? Who's receiving that right now for their family? Who's receiving that right now for their for their town? Who's receiving that right now for the country? Who's receiving that right now for the soldiers that are fighting for us? We thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord, that you're a risen God. We serve a risen Savior. We don't serve no dead God that's still in the tomb. We serve a God that's alive and well. We serve a God that's Almighty, Lord. Lord, amen, Lord, amen, Lord. We serve a risen Almighty God. And we praise you, Almighty God, this morning. We praise you in this morning, Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Lord God Almighty. Hallelujah, Lord God Almighty. Hallelujah, Lord God Almighty. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. Who was and is and is to come. Thank you, Lord, that your your altar is always open, Lord. Thank you, Lord, that your altar's not. It can be wherever we want it, Lord, but but Lord, Lord, it's not only at a church at a certain time on a certain day, Lord. Lord, that when you tore them, that veil tore from top to bottom, Lord. We had access, Lord, to the Holy of Holies, Lord. And we can come to you 24-7, 365, Lord. And thank you, Lord. You're a mighty God, Lord. Lord, you never get tired or bored or take a vacation or take a day off. Lord, you are there for us, Lord. We praise you, Lord God Almighty. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. What a God, what a God. What a God, what a God, what a God. Thank you, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God, for praying church. Thank you, Lord God, for praying people, Lord. Thank you, Lord God. For those intercessors, Lord, for those interceding, Lord, we thank you. We thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord. Isn't it great to have a God that we don't worship by feeling? We worship by faith. Isn't it great to have a God we don't worship? Well, I don't really don't feel like worshiping him today. Well, it don't matter what you feel like. I choose to come and I choose to worship him. I choose to enter into worship. It says, enter his courts with thanksgiving. Enter his courts with praise. Not set on your butt and don't enter. It says enter his courts with thanksgiving. Enter his courts with praise. It's something that us as individuals, us as bodies, us as people have to do. We have to choose to enter in. We have to choose to submit to God. We have to choose to surrender our life to him. Yeah, it's a choice. He chose you. Pastor Michael gave a fabulous message at the at the encounter camp. It was great. Talking about how God chose us. And he did choose you. He chose everybody, but we have to choose him. We have to choose him. But he loves you so much. Don't think that he didn't come to choose you, because he did come to choose you. He came to choose the whole world. It's his will that all be saved and none should perish. Amen. Amen. It's his will. Well, is it but is everybody going to be born again? Is everyone gonna be saved? No. But we're gonna be we're gonna be out sharing and telling them, right? We're gonna be the hands and feet of Jesus. Well, that was Pastor Sarah's verse. Thank you, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God. So let's not get tired of doing what is good. I thought, amen. Do you ever do you ever just get tired? Do you ever just get tired of even doing good stuff, just doing what is good? But it says, let us not get tired of doing what is good at just the right time. At just the right time, we will reap a harvest. At just the right time, you will reap a harvest. At just the right time, you will reap a harvest. Say it at just the right time, I will reap a harvest if I don't give up. So I'm not gonna get tired of doing what is good, and at just the right time, I'm gonna reap a harvest of blessing, not of thistles and and and rotten fruit. At just the right time, I'm gonna reap a harvest of blessing if I don't give up. Amen. Amen. We're not giving up. We're not giving up, we're not giving in. We're pressing on, we're going forward. We're gonna be stronger this afternoon before we than we are this morning. We're gonna be stronger the next day than we are today. We're gonna be happier, we're gonna be glorious, we're gonna be more conformed into the image of God. Amen. Because we're gonna stand on the word. Amen. Isn't it great to have a God we don't worship by feeling? We worship by faith. And when we worship by faith, the presence of God, the manifested presence of God begins to come in, begins to take over, and he begins to do things that that he does. You know, I don't want to say that are beyond our comprehension, but that's not true because he's able to do extinguishing above all we can ask or think, yes. But but he heals because he's a healer. He delivers because he's a deliverer, he saves because he's a savior. Can you pull that testimony up that we got for the camp? Yeah, we just keep getting uh testimonies in from from camp of the people being healed and different things, so maybe if you don't find it you can just read it. I'm just saying I'll just read it off your phone. Oh, it's a video. Okay. Amen. Well not I didn't realize it was a video. Amen. Amen. Let's let's put some action to the video, right? Alright. Amen. Good stuff. You know it's it's awesome, you know this uh I don't even know if this this kid even necessarily prayed for healing, but he was just healed. Actually both of them, right? Both of them, both both brothers uh from the altar in Joplin uh both came and and different things, but but just neat to see. Awesome to see the the testimonies of those coming in and the and the one um uh the parents or grandparents, I don't know which one it was, but said when their kids returned, you know, they were just they just changed. It just wasn't the same kids as they they took took to camp. And then and then the one, I think I mentioned it last week, the one your granddaughter brought another girl with her. Yeah, and the little eight little nine-year-old girl baptizing the Holy Spirit and then had a had had broke her hand, had a had a uh splint on her hand when she got there, and two months before had broke her hand, a month before that, had had surgery on it, and when she got to camp, she couldn't eat the counselor had to write for her, she couldn't even write, and then was completely healed. So but but that's what God does. God God heals because he's a healer. You know, a lot of times we get, man, if they just heal so-and-so to show this, and I'm like, you know, you got Moses and the prophets, and you got the word of God. If they won't believe the word of God, if a lot of times they're not gonna believe believe a miracle right in front of their eyes, but but that little girl with her hand healed, she's gonna remember that the rest of her life. I remember that. So, but but praise the Lord. God is God, and and he don't have to prove who he is because he is. He is the great I am, he is the alpha, he is the omega. Alright, here we go. Praise the Lord. Thank you guys.
SPEAKER_01Sorry for the burning and I went to the encounter camp. My testimony from camp was um when I went there on the first day, my shoulder and my lower back was really hurting. And uh the day before we left, uh, it got completely better, and I can move uh my shoulder like in ways I couldn't do it before. And I met a lot of new friends and uh I had fun. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00Hi Sarah, uh, I'm Christin, as you know. So I basically had this thing called vasculitis. My blood vessels exploded, boom, boom. And uh, so when I got to camp, uh they were there. Second day they were almost clear, but third day they were definitely clear. And uh I also made new friends there, and also it was very fun there. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Amen. Amen. Amen. It was it was fun there, right? Alright, we're getting there. Alright. Let's put that Galatians back up there again. Galatians 69. So let's not get tired of doing what is good at just the right time. We will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. Uh as I was thinking about and and preparing for that, you know, it's it's always amazing uh to me, and and maybe it shouldn't be. When you have a fabulous week or a fabulous weekend or or or whatever it may be, a tent revival or whatever it may be, you know, we're we're beginning to learn the the lies and the and the and the tricks of the enemy, but it it seems like he he comes after you a lot after after something great happens, you know. I know several of them that went and taught and was counselors maybe at the at the camp even this last week, and and then we begin to notice, you know, that that he the enemy just tries to get in there any way he can. But but one thing that that we know and one thing we've we've learned and and one thing that we we stand on is is we walk by faith and not by sight. We're not moved by feelings. And and another thing is that that that you have to remember is is when when Christ on the cross of Calvary, he defeated Satan. He defeated death, hell, and the grave. So so Satan is a defeated foe, and it's really hard on our flesh, uh, on our feelings, on our different things. When when when um uh when we let Satan use us for things that he shouldn't do, because because we know he's defeated. Like I'm the pastor, and and I know Satan's defeated, and sometimes my flesh gets in the way. My flesh got in the way probably more this week than than it has in in weeks, maybe even since the church started. I don't know. But then you sit there defeated. I know that what Christ did is enough to heal me, to set me free, and to make me whole. I know that that what I allow is only only my own deal, I guess, right? There's only only my own deal. So so as I was I was thinking about that, and I was thinking about you know how how good God is and and and how much he loved us, and you know, and I was I was thinking about his his disciples and and you know they were at the Garden of the Gethsemane, and and uh he tells me, you know, he's like, Don't enter into temptation. And I was thinking, well, if he's telling them don't enter into temptation, then then that's something we can do. We can enter into temptation, right? So, but we're not gonna choose to enter into temptation. We're gonna choose to to walk in him, we're gonna choose to walk in Christ, we're gonna choose to take thoughts captive that exalteth herself against our God, and we're going to keep marching on, right? Soldiers keep marching, soldiers keep moving on. So I'm thinking, you know, as for me and my house, we're gonna serve the Lord. We're we're gonna keep we're gonna keep pressing on, we're gonna keep pressing in, and and and sometimes, you know, different things can come at us, different, different situation, different um words, different instances, whatever it may be. And you know, I had mentioned it there um a few weeks ago that someone had come up and and mentioned it that uh that I was offended. I was preaching with a fence and and different things, and and and and I said, you know, anytime someone brings something up, then then you have to take what they say and take the words they say it with and then take it to the Lord. And I was like, 'cause I would never want to preach with offense, because I know I know what comes out, you know, out of whoever, what comes out of me, what comes out of people, what comes out of you is what what they receive, even though you may not be talking about that. So if you have hate in your heart and you're talking love, even though you're talking love, there's still hate coming out of your heart. So like, man, Lord, I want my hands to be free, my clean, my heart to be pure, Lord. Lord, and and and it just it just broke my heart that that someone would think that I was preaching with offense, you know, but but I had to take it to the Lord, like, Lord, Lord, am I preaching with offense? Because if I am, I I've got to know, because I've got to get my heart lined back up with you, Lord, because because I want my hands to be clean, my hearts to be pure, and and to know that that even you know, as a as a pastor, as a a a leader, and and I believe even as a born again believer, we're held to a to a higher accountability than. the rest of the world so to know that that that's it you know and I was thinking about um uh the Lord and I was thinking about his his goodness and his mercy and his grace and and I was thinking about you know you know you always ask you know what what would Jesus do? Well well he's already did it so we can go back and we can look at what Jesus did because he's already done it right Jesus already you know been he's sitting at the right hand of the Father right now he he's he's been here on the earth in a in a flesh and bone body and we can go back and and look at at what he did so so what do we do you know and I you know I was thinking before what do we do in times of trouble but but really what should we be doing all the time you know uh to me in in my mind a lot of times it's kind of been put into us to always look at the negative instead of looking at the positive and and really you know really what should we do and be doing all the time and I was thinking about it as Jesus that he that he loved us so much that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life and to know that that this Jesus that he did not come to condemn you he did not come to condemn the world but he came to set him free he come to heal them deliver them and make them whole and I'm thinking now this is the God we serve this is the Almighty we serve this is the Alpha we serve an omega that we serve and he loved us so much that he came and he took on flesh and I thought now that's the one we need to be living by because he is life he said I've come so you can have life and you can have life more abundantly so you know I'm thinking about what what did he do? What did Jesus do that give us the authority we have today the the rights we have today what what what did Jesus do? What did he show us? What happened uh that that he did that that gives us the power we have today that gives us the life we have today so let's turn to Luke chapter 22 and Jesus done many things I suppose that even the world couldn't contain the books if we wrote down everything he did right amen there there's a word I suppose in John I think it's the end of John it says I suppose that that even the world couldn't contain what he did but I'm thinking what's what's the last thing he did what's the last thing he did I'm thinking you know you look we leave a a last impression though you think about uh last impressions of last time you've seen a person or the last time you've seen a person before they entered glory or or whatever you may be but but but we leave last impressions you know when when I go up and and uh and see my grandson and I leave I I leave with a uh last impression you know we don't want that last impression to be negative right we we want that last impression to be positive and Jesus is always positive but we think now what was his his last impression that's kind of a good word last impression all right verse 7 Luke 22 verse 7 now the festival of unleavened bread arrived when the Passover lamb is now the festival of sorry bump bump now the festival of unleavened bread arrived when the Passover lamb is sacrificed Jesus sent Peter and John ahead and said go and prepare the Passover meal so we can eat it together so so think think about this you got you got Jesus and you got his his disciples and Mary and the other women they're all with him he's like you know go go prepare the Passover and then you know this is a pretty legitimate question I was thinking well you know but it wasn't like we'll go to our house because they they traveled around and he says you know where do you want us to prepare it they ask he replied as soon as you enter Jerusalem a man carrying a pitcher of water will meet you follow him at the house he enters at the house he enters say to the owner the teacher asked where's the guest room where I can eat the Passover meal with my disciples now now now think about that think about that now now now where do you want us to prepare this this Passover meal? Well uh I want you to prepare this Passover meal in in in Springfield let's say that for us now now when you go to Springfield you know you're gonna find a guy carrying a water pitcher on his head you ask him you know ask him so you're thinking you know you're thinking here so they're in the the Passover and then they go out and they uh and they ask him you know hey what do we do about this what do we do about these things and uh so she um so they go there and and you think about all these people carrying water on their heads but do you know what the significance is about the man carrying the water on his head men didn't carry water on their head the women carried what carried the water and when you go over to Africa probably be that way for Josh and Andrew too I assume where they go I don't know if it's just parts of Africa but when we was over in Malawi then that's when uh the women were always carrying the water on their head so so as they they went there uh so they go there and then they see a guy carrying water on his head so they know it's it's out of order, it's out of place. They thought hey that that's it that's where we've got to go. So all right verse 12. He will take you upstairs to a large room that is already set up that is where you should prepare our meal they went off to the city and found everything just as Jesus had said and they prepared the Passover meal there. When the time came Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table. Jesus said I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins for I tell you now that I won't eat this meal again He took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. Then he said Take this and share it among yourselves for I will not drink wine again until the kingdom of God has come. He took some bread and gave thanks to God for it then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples saying This is my body which is given for you do this in remembrance of me. After supper he took another cup of wine and said This cup is the new covenant between God and his people an agreement confirmed with my blood which is poured out as a sacrifice for you but here at this table sitting among us as a friend is the man who will betray me for it has been determined that the Son of Man must die, but what sorrow awaits the one who betrays him the disciples began to ask each other which one of them would ever do such a thing they then they began to argue among themselves about who would be the greatest among them Jesus told them in this world the kings and great men lord it over their people yet they are called friends of the people but among you it will be different those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank and the leader should be like a servant who is more important the one who sits at the table or the one who serves but the one who sits at the table of course but not here for I am among you as one who serves you have stayed with me in my time of trial and just as my father has granted me a kingdom I now grant you the right you can stop right there. You're good one more I'm sorry grant you the right to eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and you will sit on the thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Father we praise you father we thank you Lord for your word we thank you Lord your word is life and life more abundantly Lord Lord that's your word it penetrates our our deepest part of our being Lord right down in our in our spirit man Lord Lord may we be conformed more and more into your image today in Jesus' mighty name amen amen so so as I was was talking about that what do we do in in in times when we're when we're going through struggles and we should be doing it anytime on going through this and I'm thinking you know that on this this would be like the last night that Jesus was there with them before his his um his death before he gave his life up for us and uh you know his his preparation so so in this here in in this last few moments of his life he he was preparing us for what to do with situations in our life he was teaching us what to do you know he said he said go find such a man go find such and such man carrying a bucket of water and you know as as as I was thinking about that you know hey hey what's what's the resemblance of the water you know and water represents the Holy Spirit and he you know he's finding him he's carrying this this Holy Spirit and he says you know out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water and you think about the sign you know the everything in the Bible every single minute detail every jot and tittle the uh King James says every jot and tittle is is very important so every aspect of every bit of this is is very important and as we begin to get as we get revelation and get more and more revelation you know it's just just so magnificent. So so we thought thought you know find find this man that that has this water pitcher on his head and he and he's carrying that water around and and here's what I thought was he said they said well where do we prepare it and he's like we'll go to the go go there to this house and then go into that that upper upper room right see but what we have to realize is who's the house we're the house he's telling them to go to a house and go upstairs to a room but but we're on the resurrected side of the cross so he says go to the house and you're the house so prepare your house and then he then he then he'd say go there and you know what go to the basement he didn't say to go to the basement did he miss Pat don't have one anyway so she'd have a hard time getting there you know he didn't say that he he said go go to the what go to the upper room okay so you're the house go to the upper room so where's the upper room in your house if you're the house it's not complicated it's be the top part of your body go to your head go to your upper room every one of you has an upper room in your body it's your head it's not your feet don't take your socks off I don't want to smell your feet you know it's your it's she says go so prepare a place for me so so we are the place we have to prepare it where do we got to prepare it we got to prepare it in our our heads yeah man I got to get my feet ready to to take the Lord's supper no make sense I got to get my hands ready hey I got to do this got to do that he says no no go in go into the upper you know go to the upper room and wait he told him after this and the Holy Spirit come upon you go into go into your upper room go into your spirit amen thank you Lord God thank you Lord God and one thing I thought he he said he said it's already go go there and it's already prepared right he didn't say go there and I mean sweep it out and I mean see if you can get everyone to come in and and and dust it and mop it and set the table and set the chairs up and get the chandeliers and get this but but but he said he said go go there and go to the upper room and it's already prepared for you see that this is an aspect telling you when you partake in the Lord's supper it's already prepared for you it's already prepared I actually got I actually got up this morning and well Pastor Sarah got it but but uh because I couldn't find it it's right where I thought it was right on the shelf and she walked down and got it. But anyway um praise the Lord she has eyes to see but it's already prepared for you but but it's not this juice and this wafer that's prepared for you it's what he did that was prepared for you it's with what he did. So so he said go to the upper room it's already prepared so so the meal is already prepared every every single day the meal's prepared you don't have to go you know well Scott you need to get up really early in the morning so you can start preparing the Lord's supper no no it's already prepared it's already been prepared for over 2000 years ago on the cross of Calvary when he came everything he needed to do has already been prepared for you but we have to choose to go to the upper room and get in it. We have to choose to to be prepared to take it we have to choose to do all this stuff about it but but it's already prepared he says you know what I in in uh Psalms 23 he says I prepare a table for you in the presence of my enemies what what do you do at a table you eat at a table amen so he says I prepare a table for you I prepare Christ for you in the presence of my enemies because we eat and drink at a table so a table is actually in that psalm right there is presenting hey hey what Christ has done for you sit down here at the table and partake in it that's good stuff. Thank you Lord thank you Lord go upstairs and prepare verse 14 still look out when time when the time came Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table and Jesus said you know this will this moves me I've been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you I've been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you. I've been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you you know them not knowing what's going to happen hours a few hours later but he's sitting there you know brother I've been very eager to eat this meal with you I've been very eager to eat this meal with you I've been very eager to eat this meal with you I've been very eager to eat this meal with you well this is just something I got to do let's go ahead and get this stinking meal out of the way nobody's like but I've been very eager to eat this meal with you this meal that we're gonna partake in is one of the most important meals that you're ever going to have in your life and I've been eager to eat it with you you know there's 120 in there so it wasn't just the 12 right I don't know how many how many was in the I don't know how many was in that I might be off on that yeah I'm sure the women and stuff were with him too I've been very eager to eat this meal with you thank you Lord God before my suffering begins for I tell you that I won't eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the kingdom of God for I tell you I won't eat this meal again until the meaning is fulfilled you're thinking wow we're getting ready partaking something that we're not going to partake him with Jesus again until its meaning is fulfilled in the kingdom of God. You know he tells them go out and tell them the kingdom of heaven is at hand heal the sick raise the dead cleanse the left cast out demons freely receive freely give but he said he says take this I tell you I won't eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the kingdom of God. Verse 17 Then he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it then he said take this and share it among yourselves for I will not drink wine again until the kingdom of God has come think about that the kingdom of God has come you know Jesus you know he was on his after his resurrection he was in his flesh and flesh body for 40 days and he shows up right in the middle of the disciples you know and they're thinking oh is it a ghost or is it this or that and he's like give me some fish to eat right he says give me some fish to eat showing that he wasn't a showing that he wasn't a ghost showing that he was a a real life being verse 20 he took some bread and gave thanks to God for it then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples saying this is my body which is given for you do this in remembrance of me and you sat there and you think you know there you think you know your your upper room is you is prepared in your head but but for them at the time they're in the upper room in the in the body in the in the house or in the upper room and think about you know what I wonder what was going on in their mind. Man what's he talking about until his kingdom comes back? Man what's he talking about? Then he says this see they've already partaken it once and then they've ate after supper says after supper he took another cup of wine and said this is the new covenant see not the old one praise the Lord we don't live under the old one praise the Lord we don't have to go sacrifice animals. Praise the Lord we don't have to apply physical blood off of a lamb over the door the scup is a new covenant between God and his people an agreement confirmed with my blood which is poured out as a sacrifice to you get Andrew we come up here so no matter what's going on in your life whether it be good or bad whether it be sickness whether it be you need direction on something in your life should I buy this house? Should I marry this person? Should I whatever it may be should I go here? Should I do this? Should I do that? All them answers have already been done from what Christ did so what you need to do is go to Christ right and if you want to talk come and talk to me that that's great. If you want to come talk to Pastor Sarah or or someone else but I know if you're talking to me or Pastor Sarah we're gonna point you to Christ you know well what do I need I know Mike's gonna stop you know anyway you're thinking about you know well you know if you ask Mike well well well what do you think Mike Mike's gonna say well you know it don't really matter what I think but but the word of God says this and I think we should do what the word of God says so he's done he's already done everything for you that that's why it says in 1 Peter 2 24 that by his stripes you were healed. You were healed yeah but I got sickness in my body everything you need everything you ever will need everything you have needed has already been done and it's hard in our in our in our fleshly thinking to to think about you know when when you're when you're sick in your body but by his stripes it says you were healed but you believe that you're healed every morning when you wake up do you feel saved? Do you feel born again? Sometimes we some praise the Lord one does in here right but but some what but sometimes you're like man you know you start this or that and we know we're saved I'm not saying I don't know I'm saved but you can twist anything around but but you stand on the word no Lord I'm born again from what I did to you Lord Lord you Saved my life September 16th, 2011, when I surrendered to you. So so we believe that. And you continue believing it until you're at the feet of Jesus, and then you will be. You won't have to believe it no more because you'll be there with him. That's hard to, you know. Here's a trick question. I got it. It's not real tricky. I think you guys know the answer now. Who believes that I'm Dan Goose Tree and I'm the pastor? Praise the Lord. Three people. Four people. Four people. Okay. What about the rest of you? They know I'm Dan Goosebree. Miss Pat, you don't have to believe that I'm Dan Goosebree because you know you don't have to believe it. You know, yeah, exactly. So you don't have to believe that I'm Dan and I'm the pastor. You know that I'm Dan and I'm the pastor. You believe you're healed until you're healed. Then you don't have to believe you're healed because you're healed. You believe you're set free until you're set free. And then you don't have to believe you're set free because you're set free. If you're set free, you wouldn't be asking for healing. If if you aren't sick, you wouldn't be asking for healing. But but but we believe it. But what I'm telling you is, is it's already done. And when he sat down with this this meal, there he sat down with them and says, Man, I've been I've been eager to sit down and have this meal with you. You know, tomorrow they're gonna whip the farm out of me. I'm gonna have blood all over my body, and I'm gonna, you know, he didn't tell them none of that, but but he knew that that was coming. But he's sitting there thinking, you know, I've been eager to eat this meal with you. That's love, isn't it? Amazing love. How could it be you, my king, had die for me? I'm eager to eat this meal with you. It's gonna be the last one. He didn't say that. We said until we won't drink from the same cup until we uh the kingdom of God comes or whatever, but but he said. So that's how important this is. That's how important we keep standing on the word of God. That's how important it is that we keep partaking in what he did. And some of you partake in it every day. I I think it's great. I do not have a problem with partaking in the Lord's Supper every day. I partake in the Lord's Supper every day, but every day I don't use the wafer in the juice. And that's fine if you do. I'm not saying it's wrong if you do, but I'm saying in I live by what he did every single day. I I choose to live that way. You know it says like partaking in what he did in a in an unworthy manner. In a unworthy manner is. Let's say you got odd against somebody. All right. Now let's say that you don't think that there's no way that that um relationship could ever be restored. Okay. But I'm telling you that relationship can be restored. And I'm telling you what Christ has did has already paid to restore that relationship. If it's been all your life, if it's been two weeks, if it's been one second, if what he's done has already paid for that. But if you don't believe that what Christ did is enough to heal that broken relationship, then don't partake in it because you're putting it says it in there in the words that some have some have took on sickness by partaking in the Lord's Supper in an unworthy manner, and that's unworthy. It's unworthy saying God don't heal. It's unworthy saying God don't set free. It's unworthy to say God don't save. An unworthy manner. But I'm telling you, he is worthy. I'm telling you he is a healer. I'm telling you he is a deliverer. And he's saying, I can't wait to partake in this with you. So praise the Lord. Be sure and shake him up. He even tried to lift the little thing up so you could open it up easier. Let's take out the bread. I guess after this, Cameron, if you don't mind, just put something on, altar type music, something real soft. Actually, I could go ahead and put that on now. Let's do that. Thank you, Lord God. You know, I was thinking like the Last Supper. Just dropped right into me right when we think about that. Like, man, the last supper, but this is the Last Supper. Hundred years from now, this is the Last Supper. When Jesus was with them that night, it was the Last Supper. A thousand years into it, it was the Last Supper. And he said, I can't wait to partake in this with you. He said, This is my body. In the upper room, they had no idea it was going to be just moments later that he was going to be betrayed. In the upper room, they had no idea that it was just a few hours after that he was going to be flogged, unrecognizable. They had no idea he was going to be wounded for your transgressions. They knew that the Savior was going to come, but they didn't realize what was happening right then. They didn't realize he was wounded for your transgressions, bruised for your iniquities, the chastisement of your peace is upon him, and by his stripes you were healed, according to 1 Peter. They didn't know that. They didn't know that this body was going to represent what Christ did. They didn't know that that this body, that they were partaking in with him, would be the last one before Jesus gave their life up for him. I'm telling you, Jesus gave his life up for you, just like he gave his life up for them. He comes so you could have life and life more abundantly. I'm telling you, there's power just in believing in Christ's body. And you think about the things he did in his body. They said even the world couldn't contain it if they wrote books about it. And in books or words, and in books there are words. So his word represents his body. So Father, we praise you. Father, we thank you, Lord. We thank you, Lord, for your body. We thank you, Lord, for your word. We thank you, Lord, that you're eager for us to partake this with you. You're just as eager now for us to partake this with you as you were then. Thank you, Lord. You prepared a table before us in the presence of our enemies, Lord. Lord, and we receive, Lord. We receive it, Lord. We receive, Lord, what you did for us in every situation, that there can be restitution, Lord, for broken relationships, that there can be healing in our lives and healing in our bodies and healing in our minds. Lord, and we receive that now by faith in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. So this is my cup, it represents my blood. This is the cup, it represents the new covenant. Thank you, Lord God, that you were eager to shed your blood for us, Lord. We thank you, Lord, that now we don't have to sacrifice animals, bulls and sheep and goats and doves and whatever it may be, Lord. We're thankful, Lord, that you become that ultimate living sacrifice, Lord. We thank you, Lord, that you that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin, Lord. We thank you, Lord, that you're the perfect, sinless, sacrificial lamb, Lord. We thank you, Lord, that all of our needs are met in you, Lord. Lord, we receive what you did, and we continue receiving what you did, Lord. Each and every second and each and every day. As we receive your blood in Jesus' name. Thank you, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God, for your word. Thank you, Lord, you sent your word and healed us. Thank you, Lord, you took on flesh and dwelt among us. Thank you, Lord, that we get to we get to give to you, Lord. Give our lives to you, our heart to you, our our love to you, Lord. Lord, we can give our our finances to you too, Lord. So Lord, as we trust in you, Lord, with our finances, Lord. Would you say bring your tithes to the storehouse, Lord? Thank you, Lord, for they've they've brought their tithes and offerings to the storehouse, Lord. And may they be blessed for it, Lord. May they be blessed for it, Lord. Thank you, Lord. You were eager to sit down and have that meal with us. Thank you, Lord. You were eager to show us the way. Thank you, Lord. You were eager to give us life. Thank you, Lord. There's no greater love than to lay down your life for us. Thank you, Lord God. Just imagine him saying that to you. I'm eager to have this meal with you. I'm gonna ask you. Take your tithe and offering and take it up there and put it in that bucket. Just spend some time with him. As you go up there, just put your tithe in there and then just spend some time with him up there. Just bask in his presence. Bask in his presence. Bask in his glory. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for the blessings. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, as we bring it to you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, as we surrender to you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord. You know, as he's in the in the garden, he's like, Lord, if there's any other way, Lord, if there's any other way, Lord, that this cup of suffering, you know, may pass. If there's any other way, Lord. If there's any other way. But he's Lord, not my will, Lord, but yours be done, Lord. Lord, if there's no other way, Lord. If there's no other way, Lord, then Lord, your will be done, not ours, Lord. And then he says, I can't wait to drink from this cup with you. Thank you, Lord, for the love that you have for us, Lord. True agape, unconditional love, Lord. Thank you, Lord. There's no condition on it, Lord. We don't have to be good enough to come to you, Lord. We just come to you, Lord. We just submit to you, Lord. We just surrender to you, Lord. We just come to you, Lord. So, Lord, here I am, use me. Here I am, Lord. I'm yours. Here I am, Lord. I surrender. Jesus, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus. Let's all stand maybe you're here today and you need specific prayer in a situation in your life. We'll gladly pray with you. Agree with the word on that. Maybe you're here today and God's calling on your heart to surrender your life to Him. To submit to Him. I had everyone fooled for 38 years. I didn't have God fooled. So if that's you and you've never surrendered your life to Christ, and you'd like to do that right now. Today's the day of salvation. Thank you, Lord. Anybody? Anybody, anybody, anybody? Oh, Father, we thank you. Father, we praise you, Lord. For your goodness, your mercy, your grace, Lord. Amen. Amen. Amen. We'll see you Wednesday, 5 45 prayer, service 6 30.
